This balm is okay. It does the job of a balm but im not overly excited about it. I will certainly continue to use it up. Pros- good size for the price, other balms are double the price. It works great on my elbows and cracked hand skin, but it doesn’t work that great on my dry heels which in my situation thats what I mainly purchased it to try for. So it is a great balm and a great price. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend for dry cracked heels/feet but is good for other areas
