To Use- For the intended purpose of easing symptoms during a cold, coughs, sniffles or the flu, apply regularly throughout the day and night by rubbing on the chest, throat, back, feet and under the nose. For a relaxing massage to soothe sore muscles and growing pains, apply to affected area. For a stronger aromatic use, place some boiling water into a bowl, add desired amount of Emunio (the more you add, the stronger) and place a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe in the vapors for a few minutes. This formula is not recommended to be used daily as it has a much higher concentration of essential oils. For regular use, try using the regular formula. Ages 8+
