Details- A spiral-bristled brush for grooming brows and defining eyelashes. It combs and shapes the brows to frame the face. Use upward, and outward strokes to lift and groom the brows, and then fill and shape with a brow pencil or your favorite brow powder. Brush through again with the Spoolie to blend product.
