Lily Lolo Cream Foundation Review

MAC’s cream compact foundation used to be a staple in my routine, that was until I learned how to read labels. Made with skin-irritating ingredients like 𝐏𝐨π₯𝐲𝐞𝐭𝐑𝐲π₯𝐞𝐧𝐞 (plastic) and π₯𝐚𝐀𝐞 𝐝𝐲𝐞𝐬 MAC is no longer my cream foundation of choice.Β Of course, I was on the prowl for a replacement and this one by Lily Lolo doesn’t disappoint! Perfect for those with normal, sensitive, or dry skin, or those who simply love a more dewy look, this foundation is the perfect clean swap all while applying effortlessly thanks to the nourishing Jojoba & Argan oils!

I personally love applying this with a kabuki like brush, however, you can also use clean fingers, a normal foundation brush or a sponge! I like to start with less, feathering it out in buffing motions and then going back to add more anywhere I need a bit more coverage. The best part about this foundation, besides its beautiful finish, is that it will not clog pores and it sits pretty light on the skin. This foundation is also Vegan, Gluten & Cruelty-Free.

Coverage- Medium but buildable.
Finish- Satin to Dewy depending on primer & setting powders used.
Great For- Dry, Mature, Acne-Prone, Sensitive, Normal & Combo.

My Shades- I personally use the shade Linen on my full face and then I go back in to contour/warm-up with Challis, the perfect swap for my old Vapour contour stick. Not sure what shade you would be? No problem, we can color match you!

  1. Would you post a picture of yourself wearing these colors? I’m struggling to figure out what color to order, Linen or Silk?

  2. Such a perfect swap/dupe also for Maybelline ProGlow foundation. It’s dewy enough for my naturally dry, sensitive skin. I love the inherent in this donation are safe for my eczema prone skin! My new go-to makeup brand!
