To Use- It is not messless, but it’s less messy than a DIY pack. Always wear an old T-shirt over top, just in case. To be used with 100% Castor Oil found here. Replace every two months, if using nightly. To begin, pour 1-2 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil on the cotton side of your pack. Place the pack over your liver area, under your right ribcage and tie in place. Wear for 1 hour or overnight to cleanse overnight!
