Benefits- This essential oil is perhaps the most well-known of the essential oils and for good reason. Lavender essential oil is renowned for its many beneficial properties, including promoting calm, relaxation, and being a nervous tension reliever. It can also be added to a carrier oil to help reduce the appearance of scars and wrinkles and help soothe alterations in skin integrity, such as during sun exposure or a minor cooking burn.
To Use- Put 3-10 drops in a diffuser or warm bath. Breathe deep and feel clarity. Dilute before using topically. For external use only. Shelf Life: 3-4 years.

I love this product. Lavender is one of my favorite smells, and Plant Therapy makes the best essential oils in my opinion.

I am not a lavender fan for the smell but I am here for the benefits especially when I make my hand soap. Love plant therapy, the smells are great, the price point is great and realistic cant go wrong.
