This is a powerhouse! Small but mighty balm helps with cuts, bug bites, dry cuticles, chapped hands and feet. It has a very light herbal smell. I used it before bed on a small cut and on my dry chapped hands. In the morning my cut was less red and irritated and my hands and cuticles felt great.
