Estancia La Jolla Day Spa Review by theorganicbunny on August 25, 2015 I am pretty obsessed with day spas, I feel like for what they cost, they’re totally worth it! Most treatments cost around $100, and with that usually comes the service and full use of the spa’s amenities which is why I love it because you can really make a full day of it! Get there a little early, hang out by the pool, order some food and drinks and then around 2pm start your actual treatment, ahhh the perfect day. Once you’re done with the treatment, you then get to play in the steam room or sauna and then shower with all of their cool products… so yeah, it’s safe to say spending the day at the spa is my favorite way to spend $100 bucks, especially when the treatments are Organic! This weekend I was in the mood for a little pampering, and after hearing that one of my favorite hotel spa’s, Estancia La Jolla, was now offering a JAVA Coffee Infused Smoothing Treatment, you know I had to check it out. I first tried the JAVA line after receiving it from my Beauty Hero’s subscription box, and ever since I’ve been a huge fan of the all-natural line. To give you a better idea of how my day was spent at Estancia La Jolla, I will outline the day here for you! Read More
May Lindstrom The Problem Solver by theorganicbunny on August 14, 2015August 14, 2015 This morning I woke up with problems, mostly skin problems, however, anytime I wake up with blemishes, redness or irritations I always reach for my May Lindstrom The Problem Solver mask, as it really does exactly that- solves my skin problems! This is a detoxifying mask designed to effectively purify your skin, tighten and shrink your pores, soothe any inflammations, fight & heal blemishes, all while detoxifying the skin with delightful ease and power! May Lindstrom The Problem Solver- This is a powder mask that you mix with water to create a luxurious, magical mousse you then paint onto your skin. This mousse can be used just about anywhere you are looking for some relief, I sometimes even put it on my chest, especially if I have an Eczema or Psoriasis spot that needs healing. If I do not feel like mixing a big batch of this up, or do not want to apply it to my entire face, this product also works amazing at spot treating specific areas that need it the most. I use this product about once or twice a week on my entire face, or as needed as a spot treatment when problems pop up. Ingredients: This mask is packed full of powerful ingredients like antioxidant-rich Organic Raw Cacao, healing Bamboo Charcoal, soil nutrients, salts, and exotic warming spices like Organic Cinnamon and Organic Nutmeg that smell like a giant gingerbread house on Christmas morning! This mask also contains Fuller’s Earth Clay, Red Moroccan Rhassoul Clay, Organic Vanilla, Organic Lavender, Organic Marshmallow Root, and more! Read More
Natura Organic Wine Review by theorganicbunny on August 10, 2015June 9, 2020 While I’m not a huge drinker, I do like to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or glass of wine from time to time. When I do drink, though, I prefer it to be as organic and natural as possible, which is why I was super excited to come across this Organic, Vegan wine by Natura! Natura is currently the number one imported Organic wine brand and it’s produced by Emiliana Organic Vineyards, the world’s leading organic winery! The Natura wine collection features nine varietals, three whites and six reds, all produced from the highest quality, most pure, hand-picked, organic grapes, harvested from certified organic vineyards in some of the most renowned winegrowing valleys of Chile! Organic, natural products always taste better to me, so this wine was no exception. Because you are getting the absolute best quality 100% Organic grapes, free of all harsh chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and fertilizer, you really can taste a huge difference in this wine and it’s amazing. Because I am not a fan of red wine, I opted to try out the Sauvignon Blanc and limited edition Rose which both were beyond delicious, as I imagined they would be.
